Donate Money for Books

Although this does run steadily and well as a community donation based system, I still notice periods of lulls when there is not much to choose from or perhaps a certain drop point only see's a certain genre of books.

I would like to better supply more types of books to our current and growing drop points.  Money donated will be used to purchase used books from betterworldbooks.com to help fuel our own program as well as help libraries and other programs the website is involved in.  Additional purchases to save even more money will be made from second hand stores and yard sales, these books will then be distributed to the best "take a book, leave a book" drop point.

This is to better serve each communities needs, to better the chances of those in need finding what they need opening up a request line for things like textbooks for students and more.

Upon donating you can add a note to us where you can even request and include the precise amount for a certain book to be purchased and donated.

Blog posts featuring books to be donated to drop points purchased from donation money will be clearly stated with additional gratitude to the contributor anonymous or credited if they so request and include their desired handle / name.
